validleaf.com presents the consulting services of ValidLeaf Consulting: GMP readiness assessments, commissioning/qualification/validation (CQV), computer system validation (CSV), QMS writing, and GDP & cold chain qualification for regulated manufacturers — cannabis, food & beverage, dietary supplements, cosmetics, and pet food. Content here — including articles, the enforcement tracker, and the self-check — is general information, not legal, regulatory, or compliance advice for your specific situation.

2. No guaranteed outcomes

We work to close preventable gaps and strengthen the evidence you'd show an inspector. No consultant can guarantee an inspection result, a license outcome, or a timeline, and nothing on this site promises one. Scopes, deliverables, and fees for paid work are defined in a written proposal before an engagement begins.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — no scraping at abusive volumes, no attempts to disrupt it, no submitting false information through our forms, and no using the self-check or chatbot outputs as a substitute for professional judgment.

4. Intellectual property

Site content, including articles and the self-check methodology, belongs to ValidLeaf Consulting unless noted otherwise. You're welcome to link to it and quote brief excerpts with attribution; please ask before republishing substantial portions.

5. Third-party services

Scheduling runs through Cal.com and form delivery through our hosting provider. Their own terms apply to those interactions.

6. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, ValidLeaf Consulting is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its general content. Liability for paid engagements is governed by the written agreement for that engagement.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change accordingly. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
