Privacy Policy
Effective October 16, 2026. Plain-language summary of what we collect and why.
ValidLeaf Consulting ("we", "us") operates validleaf.com. This policy describes what information we collect when you use the site, and what we do with it.
Information you give us
- Contact and booking details — when you book a fit call through our scheduling page (hosted by Cal.com), you provide a name, email, and any notes you choose to share.
- Form submissions — the newsletter signup, the readiness self-check report request, our checklist and resource downloads (the five industry checklists, the GMP readiness checklist, the GDP cold chain checklist, supplier-qualification checklist, 483-response playbook, and VMP outline), and webinar registration collect your name, work email, and company — and, on the checklist forms, your role — so we can send what you asked for. Self-check answers stay in your browser unless you choose to send us the report.
- Email correspondence — if you write to hello@validleaf.com, we keep the thread so we can respond.
What we don't collect
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate site traffic — pages visited, approximate geography, and device types. Analytics runs only if you accept cookies in the consent banner; declining disables it entirely and the site works the same either way. We run no advertising trackers, we do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
How we use what you share
- Respond to your inquiry or booking request.
- Send the ValidLeaf Brief if you signed up — every issue includes an unsubscribe link.
- Improve our services based on aggregated, de-identified interest (for example, which topics get the most self-check completions).
Service providers
Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider (Netlify) as part of delivering the site. Scheduling runs through Cal.com, which has its own privacy policy. We don't share your information with anyone else except as required by law.
Retention and your rights
We keep correspondence and signup records only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected. You can ask us at any time to show, correct, or delete your information by writing to hello@validleaf.com.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
